Place Vendome PVQ seeks a hands-on Project Engineer to lead internally managed projects, translating needs into defined scopes, designs, work programmes and completion. Focus areas include live-site investigations, stakeholder coordination, field supervision, change control and close-out.

Responsibilities span traffic, parking, wayfinding and signage, with AutoCAD production and archive stewardship as essential duties. Strong coordination across departments is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline and substantial project delivery experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project-management certification preferred.
• MMUP/UPDA registration may be required by duties.

Responsabilités

• Plan and deliver projects from brief to close-out, maintaining logs and budgets.
• Lead field surveys and manage traffic, parking, circulation and signage initiatives with coordination.
• Coordinate design validation, buildability reviews, and approvals with stakeholders.
• Manage AutoCAD drawings and archive stewardship, ensuring proper handover and records.
• Provide weekly progress reporting and support cross-functional teams.
