Job summary

Place Vendome PVQ seeks a Project Engineer to lead hands-on delivery for internal projects, translating needs into scopes, designs and executable work programmes with emphasis on live-site investigation and close-out.

The role covers traffic-flow, parking, access and signage projects, with AutoCAD production and archive stewardship as essential duties. PMP/PRINCE2 preferred, MMUP/UPDA may be required, Qatar/GCC experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 4 years of hands-on responsibility for delivering refurbishment, civil, infrastructure or operational projects.
• Demonstrated project-delivery experience within a complex live commercial asset; mall/traffic/parking experience preferred.
• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency, including review and production of coordinated 2D drawings.
• Experience administering drawing registers, CAD archives and close-out of projects; PMP/PRINCE2 preferred; MMUP/UPDA may be required; Qatar/GCC experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of internal projects from brief to close-out, including scopes, programmes and budgets.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams; chair meetings and issue minutes with owners and due dates.
• Ensure designs meet codes, HSE requirements and mall standards; manage site conditions and change control.
