Job summary

Signal Corps Regimental Association is seeking an IT Project Manager with strong expertise in Cards, Banking Technology, and IT project delivery in Qatar. You will lead complex initiatives spanning Credit/Debit cards, ePayments, and digital wallets, coordinating with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and compliance to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8-10 years in IT project management, experience in regulated banking environments, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of IT Project Management experience, ideally in banking/cards/payments.
• PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end IT projects with governance, documentation, reporting and change control.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, card schemes, and compliance teams to ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across complex card/payment projects.
• Ensure robust governance, reporting, and change control throughout project lifecycle.
