Job summary

Almuftah Group in Doha seeks an experienced Cost Estimator for interior fit-out projects. You will prepare cost plans, BOQs, and tender documents, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in interior fit-outs. Fluency in English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering with QS / CM focus.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in interior fit-out costing and planning.
• Desirable: cost estimation certifications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and establish cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for interior fit-out projects.
• Provide cost estimation to ensure profitability and market competitiveness.
• Visit sites and verify requirements per project specifications.
• Prepare cost reports and maintain cost data in company database.
• Stay updated on market prices for materials, labor, and subcontractor services.
