Job summary

Facilities Management and Maintenance seeks an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead a team responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance across critical assets. You will direct Senior Technical Officers, ensure timely PPM, and drive continuous improvement in safety and reliability.

The role requires strong leadership, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to report findings with clear technical reports, while coordinating with subcontractors and authorities and maintaining HSEQ

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering and 8+ years of maintenance management experience required.
Team building and problem-solving skills essential.
Knowledge of regulations (e.g., OSHA, MSDS, NFPA, BS) is required.

Responsibilities

Lead the maintenance team to complete preventive and corrective maintenance effectively and on time.
Train the team on maintenance tasks and ensure asset knowledge across the facility.
Coordinate with subcontractors, schedule visits, and supervise their work.
Prepare required documentation, permits to work, and liaise with authorities for approvals.
Ensure quality of work and compliance with HSEQ standards and company procedures.
Report defects, issues, breakdowns, and safety incidents to management.
Monitor and manage spare parts levels and ensure proper toolbox talks and training.
