Airswift is seeking a Civil & Structural Engineering Lead based in Doha, moving to Ras Laffan project sites. You will oversee civil/structural design across FEED and EPC, ensuring compliance with project specs, data sheets, and procedures, while coordinating with FEED/EPC contractors and vendors.

The role requires strong leadership, contractor management, and international project experience in oil and gas, with emphasis on safety, risk management and timely deliverables.

Formación

• BA in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Minimum 8 years in engineering roles, including 4 years in Oil & Gas.
• At least 1 year in supervision or oversight of contractor personnel.

Responsabilidades

• Lead civil and structural design activities across FEED and EPC phases.
• Oversee compliance with project specifications, data sheets and procedures.
• Coordinate with FEED and EPC contractors, vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule and cost objectives are met.
• Maintain effective interface management with PMT, RLIC and operations teams.
