Swan Global Holdings Group seeks a Junior Civil Engineer for Oil & Gas projects based in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. You will assist in supervising civil construction activities, review drawings and specifications, and ensure work meets project requirements and safety standards.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree and at least 5 years of Oil & Gas experience. You will coordinate with project teams, monitor progress, maintain documentation, and support timely, quality completion

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of Oil & Gas project experience.
Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and specs.
Experience in site supervision, inspection, and safety compliance.

Mansioni

Assist in supervising civil construction activities at Oil & Gas project sites.
Review drawings, specifications, and documents for compliance.
Monitor civil works: excavation, concrete, foundations, structures.
Coordinate with project engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors.
Conduct routine site inspections and verify work against drawings.
Monitor progress and report delays or deviations.
Coordinate material requirements and support scheduling.
Ensure compliance with quality, HSE, and safety regulations.
Maintain daily progress reports and inspection records.
