Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Lawyer/Legal Consultant in Doha to provide expert guidance on commercial, civil, labor, and regulatory matters. The role ensures legal compliance, supports contract review, dispute resolution, and policy drafting.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience, a solid understanding of Qatari law, and strong drafting, research, and communication skills to support business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's or Bar certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant legal experience (private sector preferred).
• Strong understanding of Qatari and regional legal frameworks.
• Excellent legal drafting, research, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, and labor matters.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local laws.
• Represent the company in legal disputes and negotiations.
