Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Strong knowledge and passion for Latin American culinary traditions and techniques.
• Leadership abilities with experience mentoring kitchen staff.
• Excellent organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Creative approach to menu development and food presentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Culinary qualification from a recognized institution is preferred.

Responsibilities
