Job summary

UrbaCon Contracting & Trading Company is seeking a Group Business Development Director - LATAM to identify, originate and secure major infrastructure investment opportunities across Latin America and South America, leading deal sourcing and government and partner relations.

You will drive revenue through direct deal origination, support opportunity assessment, diligence, transaction structuring and closing in collaboration with the investment deal team, while mentoring the regional BD team and

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years in infrastructure investment, project development or related sectors.
Experience in senior business development, deal origination or investment role in infrastructure/Private Equity.
Proven ability to lead negotiations and complex deal structuring.

Responsibilities

Lead deal origination across Latin America and South America with a robust pipeline.
Build and maintain relationships with governments, asset owners and operators.
Lead commercial negotiations of term sheets and framework agreements.
Coordinate with analysts and advisers on opportunity evaluation and diligence.
Travel 20–30% to maintain stakeholder relationships and identify opportunities.
