Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related IT discipline.
• 8+ years of IT experience with knowledge of business processes in HR, Finance, Logistics, Basis, and GRC.
• Strong communication in English and proven project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain applications support environment and ensure requests are handled per procedures.
• Investigate issues, analyze root causes, and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress of requests, report KPI performance, and implement corrective actions.
• Specify data interfaces, security controls, and recovery procedures.
• Lead medium-scale IT projects and manage risks and schedules.
