Qualifications

• Pastry or bakery diploma or degree required.
• 6–8 years pastry/bakery experience.
• Senior Chef de Partie or similar role experience.
• Strong leadership and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily pastry and bakery operations.
• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate pastry staff.
• Check pastry quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and costs.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene and cleaning standards.
• Support recruitment and training of pastry staff.
• Step in for the Sous Chef Pastry during absence.
