Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation and production following standard recipes.
• Collaborate with chefs to develop and test new dishes and beverages.
• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure food safety and hygiene compliance.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and monitor sanitation to ensure compliance.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management.
• Support department duties as directed by Head of Department.
