Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients and prepare cold foods.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor food quality.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain clean and safe kitchen area.
• Ensure temperatures of appliances and food meet safety standards; report issues.
