MBG Corporate Services Qatar is seeking a motivated Junior Legal Consultant to join our fast-paced legal consultancy in Doha. You will handle drafting and reviewing commercial and regulatory documents under supervision.

You will conduct legal research on Qatari laws, coordinate with authorities, and prepare opinions and advisories while supporting senior consultants across multiple sectors.

Competenze

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification experience in a reputed law firm or legal consultancy in Qatar.
• Understanding of local Qatari laws and legal procedures.

Mansioni

• Assist in drafting and reviewing Lease, Distribution, Service, Shareholders, Joint Venture, and Commercial Contracts.
• Conduct legal research on Qatari laws and regulations (Commercial, Civil Transactions, Construction, Maritime, Insurance, Commercial Agency, Bankruptcy).
• Prepare opinions, reports, memorandums, and client advisories under supervision.
• Assist senior consultants/assistant manager in client matters, case strategy, and regulatory compliance tasks.
• Draft articles/newsletters for digital marketing support and coordinate with government authorities and clients.
