Alftek International is seeking a Junior Civil Engineer for oil and gas projects in Qatar to support site supervision, quality control and progress monitoring. You will review drawings, coordinate civil construction activities and ensure adherence to safety standards on site.

The role requires a civil engineering degree and 2+ years of relevant GCC experience, with at least 1 year in Qatar. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for day-to-day site operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of site supervision quality requirements and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and understand civil drawings, specifications and technical documents.

Mansioni

• Assist in supervising and coordinating civil construction activities at the project site.
• Monitor site work to ensure compliance with approved drawings specifications and project requirements.
• Coordinate with civil supervisors foremen subcontractors and other project teams.
• Check the quality and progress of civil works and report any issues to senior engineers.
• Review drawings and technical documents and support the implementation of civil works.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain relevant site documentation.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in line with oil and gas safety standards and site procedures.
• Support inspections measurements material checks and other site engineering activities.
• Carry out other civil engineering duties assigned by the senior or project engineer.
