Job summary

Responsibilities include supervising concrete/shuttering works, ensuring drawings are followed, coordinating with engineers, and maintaining safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of total experience as a Civil Foreman.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Qatar is mandatory.
• Oil and gas experience is required.
• Strong hands-on experience in shuttering.
• Experience supervising civil construction activities, particularly concrete and shuttering works.
• Candidates must be available to join immediately.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily civil construction activities at the site.
• Manage and monitor shuttering and formwork installation and dismantling.
• Supervise workers and ensure proper allocation of manpower.
• Read and understand construction drawings and ensure work is carried out accordingly.
• Coordinate with engineers supervisors and other site teams.
• Monitor the quality and progress of civil works.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and site safety requirements particularly in oil and gas environments.
• Report site progress manpower requirements and work-related issues to the concerned engineer or supervisor.
• Ensure work is completed safely efficiently and within the required schedule.
