Job summary

Top Notch Consultancy in Qatar is seeking a Junior Brand Manager-Automotive to support showroom operations, brand activities, and customer experience initiatives. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to execute marketing programs, supervise front-of-house staff, and contribute to events that enhance brand visibility.

The role involves coordinating events, maintaining showroom standards, and assisting in marketing efforts while tracking performance metrics for management review.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive, retail or brand coordination roles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Support showroom operations and brand initiatives under the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate social events, customer gatherings, and showroom activations.
• Supervise receptionists and ensure high service standards in front-of-house.
• Maintain showroom appearance in line with brand identity and guidelines.
• Assist in development and execution of small-scale marketing activities.
• Track sales performance, footfall, and inquiries; prepare reports for management.
• Ensure smooth customer flow and support customer experience initiatives.
