Job summary

Regency Technology is seeking an IT Administrator to install and maintain computer systems, servers, printers, and networks. You will upgrade software, manage accounts, and resolve technical issues for end users, both on-site and over the phone.

The role requires strong server and network knowledge, security practices, and experience with Exchange and SQL Server. A practical, user-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• It background with enterprise IT experience and server virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, and Exchange.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, VPNs, and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, printers, and applications.
• Upgrade operating systems and applications; monitor and maintain systems and networks.
• Provide timely help to users face-to-face or by phone to set up systems or resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems; diagnose and fix hardware and software faults.
• Set up user accounts and configure Outlook for new users.
• Run security scans on end-user devices regularly.
• Maintain inventory of technology items, printers, toners, and consumables.
• Close incidents in the ticketing system.
