Qualifications
- 4 years of experience with software and information systems.

- ITIL certified is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Monitor all systems using monitoring applications.
- Provide daily reports about system errors or problems.
- Help in searching the causes of the problem using logs and services status.
- Document all operational functions and maintain updated operational manual.
