Qualifications

• 5–12 years leading IT operations or digital transformation across multiple units.
• Track record building cybersecurity policy and incident response processes.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the group's IT strategy and annual technology budget.
• Lead infrastructure, cloud and networks across international offices.
• Build and run the cybersecurity programme, including incident response.
• Manage enterprise platforms: Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI tools.
• Support technology integration across relevant business functions.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities across business functions.
• Negotiate vendor contracts and manage SLAs across the IT stack.
• Lead the internal IT team and coordinate external consultants.

The mandate covers infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise applications as the group modernises its technology function. The group has operations across several offices in the region.

QAR 60,000+ per month, negotiable based on seniority and experience.

The role

• Own the group's IT strategy and annual technology budget
• Lead infrastructure, cloud and networks across international offices
• Build and run the cybersecurity programme, including incident response
• Manage enterprise platforms: Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI tools

What you'll bring

• 5–12 years leading IT operations or digital transformation across multiple units
• Track record building cybersecurity policy and incident response processes
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI platforms
• Vendor negotiation and SLA management experience
• Experience leading and mentoring an internal IT team
• Degree from an EU or US accredited university
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Exposure to technology used in project-based or asset-heavy industries is an advantage.
