Job summary
Guildhall in Doha is hiring an IT & Digital Transformation Manager to build and lead a centralized technology function across its business units and international offices. The mandate covers infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise applications as the group modernises its technology function.

Qualifications
- 5–12 years leading IT operations or digital transformation across multiple units.
- Track record building cybersecurity policy and incident response processes.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own the group's IT strategy and annual technology budget.
- Lead infrastructure, cloud and networks across international offices.
- Build and run the cybersecurity programme, including incident response.
- Manage enterprise platforms: Microsoft 365, ERP, CRM and BI tools.
- Support technology integration across relevant business functions.
- Identify AI and automation opportunities across business functions.
- Negotiate vendor contracts and manage SLAs across the IT stack.
- Lead the internal IT team and coordinate external consultants.
