Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist to strengthen Internal Audit practices, drive efficiency, and implement AI-enabled improvements. You will own initiatives end-to-end, promote standardized methodologies, and coordinate with QAIP and external reviews to ensure alignment with GIAs and departmental requirements.

Qualifications

• We seek a proactive delivery-focused professional with internal audit knowledge and strong continuous improvement, problem-solving and implementation skills.
• The ideal candidate is curious, practical, and able to turn ideas into sustainable improvements.
• Relevant qualifications such as CIA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, CISA or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience with AI, automation or data analytics to boost efficiency and decision-making is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve IA processes, tools and working methods across people, processes and technology.
• Develop practical improvement proposals and own initiatives from concept to adoption and completion.
• Promote AI, data analytics and automation across IA with standardised approaches and adoption support.
• Drive standardisation by aligning methodologies, templates, guidance, workflows and practices.
• Benchmark IA practices against standards and translate insights into implementable improvements.
• Prepare project plans, monitor delivery, manage dependencies and report progress and barriers.
• Assess embedded changes and recommend further actions to achieve benefits.
• Support QAIP, internal quality assessments and coordination with SAB as required.
• Prepare concise presentations and reports for SVP IA, BARC and senior management.
