Job summary

Qatar Airways Group is seeking an experienced Compliance Auditor to ensure Aerodrome Standards are applied across DIA and HIA. You will coordinate audits, develop monitoring systems, and lead corrective actions to align with QCAR regulations and ICAO standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience, plus ICAO/ACI training in SMS, Annex 14, and Apron Management. Strong documentation, writing, and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with minimum 4 years of job‑related experience.
• Must have attended training on Safety Management System Implementation (ICAO/ACI).
• Must have attended training on ICAO Annex 14.
• Must have attended training on Apron Management (ICAO/ACI).
• Experience in aerodrome certification and airside operations.
• Proven ability to write manuals, SOPs and technical documents.
• Strong translate complex policies into clear procedures.
• Excellent MS Office skills and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Update and review the department’s Compliance Monitoring programs.
• Coordinate with third party contractors and airport stakeholders on Compliance Monitoring.
• Lead MATAR compliance audits and inspections for safe operations.
• Deliver audit reports and track corrective action plans.
• Develop and implement Aerodrome Compliance Monitoring System per QCAR.
• Coordinate aerodrome continuous oversight inspections for certification renewals.
• Ensure aerodrome manuals and SOPs meet standards (DIA, HIA).
• Promote Safety Management System and Airport Safety initiatives.
• Provide change management assessments during organizational changes.
• Guide stakeholders on Operational Licensing and compliance with Civil Aviation.
