Job summary

Qatar Airways in Doha seeks an IFEC Quality Specialist to generate detailed performance, usage, and SLA reports, run quality checks, and monitor system effectiveness across fleets. You will collaborate with engineering teams and suppliers to resolve connectivity issues, validate deployments, and support continuous improvement of passenger connectivity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least four years in IFEC or aviation tech, strong analytics, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with SLAs, performance dashboards, and supplier portals.
Knowledge of in-flight connectivity technologies and digital passenger platforms.
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities.
Proven problem-solving skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Generate detailed performance, usage, and SLA reports for IFEC across fleets.
Monitor portals and dashboards, track service status and incidents daily.
Analyze SLA compliance and flag discrepancies to management and vendors.
Validate monthly invoices and ensure charges align with performance.
Collaborate with Aircraft Engineering and suppliers to improve IFEC functionality.
