Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
• Proven experience as Instrument Technician in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Familiarity with pneumatic systems and their components.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Attention to detail; ability to work independently.
• Physically fit for climbing ladders and lifting.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose instrument malfunctions
• Calibrate instruments according to specifications
• Test equipment functionality and make necessary adjustments
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities
• Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve instrument performance
• Follow all safety protocols while working with electrical systems
• Stay updated on new technologies and advancements in the field of instrumentation
