A leading engineering services provider is seeking an Instrument & Control Lead to manage technical evaluations at the Qatar QFAB site. This role requires extensive experience in instrument and controls engineering, ensuring compliance with project standards and performing complex risk assessments. Ideal candidates will have over 15 years of experience in both Offshore and Onshore Oil & Gas operations, backed by a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
