Job summary

Worley is a global professional services company in energy, chemicals and resources, seeking an Instrumentation & Control engineering leader in Qatar to drive offshore project delivery. You will plan, supervise, and coordinate engineering tasks to meet schedule, budget and quality requirements.

The role requires experience in upstream offshore projects, strong knowledge of DCS, SIL3, ESD and related systems, and collaboration with discipline managers to ensure project success and customer

Qualifications

• Recent offshore Oil & Gas project experience is expected.
• Engineering Design experience (Feasibility/Concept, FEED, EPC) on offshore projects.
• Chartered Professional Engineer status or pursuing it would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan man hour budgets, schedules, manpower loadings and staffing by skill and experience.
• Lead weekly Instrumentation & Control meetings and review progress reports.
• Ensure project work complies with engineering practices, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• Organise and manage workload of a team of Instrumentation & Control engineers and designers within project schedule.
• Support bid clarifications, vendor information review and certification activities.
• Promote health, safety and environmental awareness.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation/Electronics Engineering

MME accreditation mandatory

CPEng status advantageous
