Job summary

A leading engineering services firm in Qatar is seeking a Senior Instrument and Control Engineer to join their internal engineering division. This role focuses on major onshore projects and requires candidates to have at least 15 years of experience along with a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline. Familiarity with detailed design and multi billion dollar projects is essential. The position provides a competitive expat package with options for single or family status.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in relevant engineering fields.
• Experience with greenfield and brownfield project executions.
• Familiarity with major onshore projects.
• Proven experience in full life cycle execution of similar scopes of work.
• Proven experience executing multi billion dollar projects.
• Experience from Tier 1 Engineering Contractors or client side.

Ably Resources are currently looking for a Senior Instrument and Control Engineer to our internal engineering services division. This division takes care of all project work across the company, with a major focus on major onshore projects due for execution in the near future. Candidates can come from a varied background but must have proven experience in Detailed Design and EPC phase of major projects. Examples of projects are greenfield gasoline production facilities, major cross country pipeline projects and brownfield NGL plant expansions.

Requirements

• Candidates must have 15+ years experience
• Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in an Engineering Discipline
• PMP or other Project Management certification is favourable
• Proven experience in full life cycle execution of similar scopes of work
• Proven experience executing multi billion dollar projects
• Experience from Tier 1 Engineering Contractors or client side.
