Job summary

Orion Group is seeking an experienced Head of Logistics (Infrastructure) to oversee the long-term maintenance, reliability and continuous improvement of building infrastructure, utility systems and office facilities for a major Oil & Gas project in Qatar.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience in a business-related function, including 6 years in Oil & Gas and 2 years in a supervisory role. Responsibilities include managing operations, maintenance programs and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of experience in a business-related function, with 6 in Oil & Gas.
• 2 years in a supervisory or contractor oversight role.

Responsibilities

• Manage long-term operation, maintenance and performance of building infrastructure and utilities.
• Ensure reliability and availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and building automation systems.
• Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Conduct facility inspections and condition assessments.
• Identify infrastructure risks and plan mitigations and replacements.
• Propose upgrades, renovations and capital projects.
• Maintain asset and maintenance records.
• Ensure regulatory and company compliance.
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets.
