Job summary

Wood Group in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Information Management Lead for a long-term assignment based in Qatar to deliver company information management requirements and coordinate between Contractor IT/IM and Wood Group IM/IT.

You will handle data, documents and models for onshore and offshore oil & gas projects, ensure information handovers, and support engineering and drafting teams to keep project progress on track.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in industrial/process engineering project delivery, preferably oil & gas/energy
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and information handover requirements
• Project management certification or demonstrated experience (CAPM/PMP/PRMP) or equivalent training
• Proficiency with Windows OS and MS Office; familiarity with EDM and data warehousing tools

Responsibilities

• Focal point for all contractor information management matters
• Define and ensure contractor information delivery for data, documents and models per contract
• Establish information systems for management of data, documents and models
• Collaborate with Contractor Engineering/Design and Drafting teams to support work processes
• Oversee project progress and engineering/design status reporting
• Oversee handover of information to Company environment and periodic transmittals
