Job summary

Wood is seeking a Projects Services Lead in Doha, Qatar, to oversee a multi-disciplinary PS team supporting onshore oil and gas projects. You will report to the Portfolio Delivery Manager and ensure quality, timeliness, and accurate content across cost engineering, planning, document control and estimating.

The role offers long-term prospects in a global energy company, with a focus on brownfield delivery, strong governance, and competitive compensation aligned with market benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years experience in Oil and Gas with 7 years in lead PS roles
• Minimum 10 years Brown Field Oil and Gas project delivery
• Experience in cost control, cost estimating, scheduling and risk management and alignment of these disciplines

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the CONTRACT Project Controls Plans and ensure team adherence
• Prepare client and internal project reports and provide assurance support
• Establish and manage project cost and planning systems, including MOC and Change Management
• Oversee invoicing coordination with clients and off-tice work share offices
• Ensure alignment of project information across all deliverables
