Job summary

Work in USA in Lusail, Qatar is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize our production processes. You will analyze current manufacturing systems and design new processes, equipment, and layouts to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years of manufacturing experience, and strong analytical skills. Experience with lean manufacturing and CAD software is preferred, plus excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong data-driven decision making and analytical skills.
Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency with CAD software preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct time studies and analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement
Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality
Design and implement new production layouts to optimize workflow
Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure smooth implementation of process improvements
Utilize lean manufacturing principles to continuously improve processes
Identify cost-saving opportunities by evaluating material usage, labor efficiency, and equipment utilization
Monitor production output and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process
Train production staff on new processes and provide ongoing support as needed
