Job summary

ConFlip in Lusail, Qatar, is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design, develop and implement efficient processes in our manufacturing facilities. You will analyze production data, identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions to boost productivity and reduce waste.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, manufacturing experience, and strong lean/Six Sigma knowledge. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, train staff, and ensure quality and efficiency

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of production processes, lean principles and Six Sigma.
Excellent data interpretation and analytical skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Indian nationality preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Conduct time and motion studies to analyze current production processes
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to optimize production efficiency
Design and implement new processes, tools or equipment as needed
Develop layout plans for manufacturing facilities to maximize space utilization
Analyze data from production reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
Train staff on new processes or equipment as needed
