Job summary

India Abroad in Lusail, Qatar is seeking a full-time Industrial Engineer to streamline production processes and boost efficiency at our manufacturing plant. You will conduct time studies, develop new methods, and apply data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma. CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar industrial engineering role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and tools (e.g. Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop and implement new production methods and procedures.
• Use statistical analysis to optimize processes and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
• Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
