Job summary

Event Staffing in Al-Khor is seeking an experienced Indian Chef to join our kitchen on-site. The chef will create authentic Indian dishes, oversee kitchen staff, and ensure quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include at least 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, and excellent leadership and time-management skills. Fluent English is required; Arabic knowledge is a plus.

Indian Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Al-Khor. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian cuisine, while also managing the kitchen and supervising other kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and menu specifications


• Ensure that all dishes are prepared with high quality and presentation standards


• Plan menus and create new dishes based on seasonal produce and customer preferences


• Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control to maintain profitability


• Train and supervise other kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and service


• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment at all times

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef in a professional kitchen setting


• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques

• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Salary

We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this full‑time position.
