Job summary

Ernst & Young Advisory Services Sdn Bhd seeks an experienced risk and independence professional to support the MENA compliance framework. You will work with senior leaders to advise on independence requirements, resolve complex issues and strengthen a culture of compliance across the region.

The role involves leading country-wide reviews, interpreting regulations, delivering training, and aligning with EY policies while maintaining stakeholder relationships across service lines and jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of compliance, governance, risk management and regulatory frameworks.
• Ability to interpret policies and regulations in complex business contexts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication; stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support operation and maintenance of EY independence policies across the MENA region.
• Lead complex projects and country-wide independence reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance on complex independence queries and regulatory interpretations.
• Deliver training on new developments and policy changes to professionals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of independence regulations and EY policies.
