Job summary

Apparel Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to develop and deliver in-store visual concepts that promote the brand, products and services. You will train the store team to execute VP tasks and ensure brand standards are consistently reflected across windows and sales floors.

The role involves coordinating displays, planning layouts, photography of changes, and collaborating with operations and brand teams to drive sales and market responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience in creating and executing in-store visual displays.
• Ability to develop and communicate brand visuals across windows and sales floors.
• Proven skills in coaching store teams on merchandising practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and communicate visual concepts to promote the brand in-store.
• Train and coach store teams to perform VP and manage daily/weekly/seasonal VP tasks.
• Ensure brand identity through window and in-store presentation with commercial sales opportunities.
• Coordinate store displays per brand guidelines and strategy.
• Develop floor plans and maximize visual impact.
• Arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and layout guides.
• Take photographs of displays after changes.
• Use creative lighting to enhance displays.
• Maximize placement of new lines and re-merchandise with trends.
• Create store layouts by category and ensure proper merchandising.
• Collaborate with operations and brand management to increase sales.
• Support pre-opening of stores and ensure brand standards are followed.
• Research current market trends and lifestyle.

POSITION OBJECTIVE

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Image - Ensure that the brand identity and presentation standards in both windows and in-store are achieved consistently by creating eye catching displays whilst incorporating commercial sales opportunities
  • Implements the brand specific visual merchandising standards
  • Coordinating store display in line with brand guidelines and strategy
  • Developing floor plans and maximize visual impact
  • Arranges merchandise, signage, fixtures and in-store layout guide
  • Taking Photograph in every changes done in the merchandise display
  • Make use of creative lighting for windows
  • Maximizing placement of new lines, re-merchandising the store when new trends build
  • Creates layout of the store according to its categories
  • Ensures proper merchandising of the items
  • Collect review and feedback of the merchandise Other Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the operations and brand management team to increase sales
  • Working with VM Manager and sales team to achieve commercial goals
  • Involve in Pre-Opening of the stores and timely visit to ensure that brand’s standard are properly implemented and followed
