Job summary

Frozza Refrigeration Solutions W.L.L in Doha is seeking a qualified HVAC Supervisor to oversee chillers, cold rooms, and commercial refrigeration systems. You will lead technicians, plan maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and quality on site.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Refrigeration, 5+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and problem-solving skills. This role offers on-site work in Qatar with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong experience in HVAC, chillers, cold rooms, and commercial refrigeration systems.
• Experience supervising technicians and site activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC chiller, cold room, and refrigeration installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning.
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers, cold rooms, walk-in freezers, and refrigeration systems.
• Monitor performance of compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, pumps, and controls.
• Coordinate troubleshooting and repair of chiller and cold room system breakdowns.
• Ensure proper refrigerant charging, leak detection, pressure testing, and system performance checks.
• Inspect completed work and ensure HVAC and refrigeration systems meet specs and safety parameters.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and other trades for smooth site operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain maintenance records.
• Identify technical issues and guide technicians for effective troubleshooting and repairs.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC chiller cold room and refrigeration installation maintenance testing and commissioning activities Lead and manage technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality work execution
• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of chillers cold rooms walk-in freezers and refrigeration systems
• Monitor the performance of compressors condensers evaporators expansion valves pumps and refrigeration controls
• Coordinate troubleshooting and repair of chiller and cold room system breakdowns
• Ensure proper refrigerant charging leak detection pressure testing and system performance checks
• Inspect completed work and ensure HVAC and refrigeration systems operate within required temperature and pressure parameters
• Coordinate with clients consultants engineers subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth site operations
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly progress reports and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Identify technical issues and provide guidance to technicians for effective troubleshooting and repairs
• Ensure all works comply with safety standards project specifications and company procedures
• Manage manpower tools materials and equipment required for HVAC and refrigeration works
• Conduct site inspections and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are completed on time

Requirements
