Job summary

Teyseer Services company in Qatar is seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to supervise and coordinate maintenance across our facilities. You will lead a team of technicians, oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure safe, efficient operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV and related equipment.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of HVAC maintenance, strong hands-on supervision, and knowledge of BMS/HVAC controls.

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI/Trade Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of HVAC maintenance experience, including supervisory experience.
• Experience in commercial buildings, hospitality, hospitals, camps, industrial facilities, or large-scale facilities management.
• Knowledge of BMS and HVAC control systems is an advantage.
• Qatar/GCC experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ensure efficient operation of chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, VRF/VRV, ventilation systems, and related equipment.
• Monitor system performance and identify potential failures before they affect operations.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.
• Lead HVAC technicians and helpers on daily maintenance activities.
• Prepare daily and monthly HVAC maintenance reports.
• Maintain records of inspections, servicing, repairs and equipment history.
• Ensure all HVAC activities comply with HSE procedures and applicable standards.

Job Purpose

The HVAC Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all HVAC maintenance activities to ensure the reliable safe and efficient operation of air-conditioning and ventilation systems across the assigned facilities The position requires strong technical knowledge hands-on supervision effective team management and a proactive approach to preventive and corrective maintenance

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the operation maintenance troubleshooting and repair of HVAC systems and equipment
• Ensure efficient operation of chillers AHUs FCUs package units split units VRF VRV systems ventilation systems exhaust fans pumps cooling towers and associated equipment
• Monitor system performance and identify potential failures before they affect operations
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed as scheduled
• Respond promptly to breakdowns complaints and emergency maintenance requirements
• Ensure proper refrigerant handling leak detection charging and recovery procedures
• Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and helpers on daily maintenance activities
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the Maintenance Manager
• Ensure all planned maintenance activities are completed within the specified timelines
• Maintain accurate records of inspections servicing repairs and equipment history
• Identify recurring equipment problems and recommend corrective actions
• Monitor critical HVAC equipment and maintain appropriate spare parts and consumables
• Diagnose HVAC system faults and provide effective technical solutions
• Analyze abnormal temperature pressure vibration noise electrical and refrigerant conditions
• Ensure all HVAC activities are carried out in accordance with company HSE procedures and applicable standards
• Prepare daily and monthly HVAC maintenance reports
• Maintain records of breakdowns preventive maintenance spare parts refrigerant usage and equipment performance
