We are looking for a driven, well-networked Human Resource Specialist/Recruiter to lead our recruiting operations across Qatar, growing both our recruiter community and our partnerships with top employers. This role requires building relationships with hiring managers, expanding the recruiter network

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years recruiting experience in Qatar (agency or in-house).
• Strong network of hiring managers, HR pros, or recruiters in Qatar.
• Proven track record of placements across industries.
• Excellent English communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and networking apps.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers across Qatar.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies for partnerships.
• Develop and execute a Qatar growth strategy for the recruiter network.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at Qatar recruitment events and conferences.

Qatar is a priority market for our Global expansion, and this hire is central to that mission. We are looking for a driven, well-networked Human Resource Specialist/Recruiter to lead our recruiting operations across Qatar, growing both our recruiter community and our partnerships with top employers. This is not a back-office role. You will be the face of Workistry in Qatar — identifying talent, building relationships with hiring managers, and expanding our recruiter network across the country's most active hiring markets.

Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers across Qatar onto the Workistry platform
• Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships
• Develop and execute a Qatar growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers
• Represent Workistry at Qatar recruitment events, industry meetups, and professional conferences

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in Qatar — agency or in-house
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in Qatar
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English
• Comfortable using digital tools — ATS platforms, Linked In, and networking apps

Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/yr.
