Job summary

Milaha is seeking a Safety Manager to report on the delivery of HSEQ services, ensure compliance evaluation, and facilitate site training as delegated. You will oversee implementation of technical procedures, manuals, and forms and drive ISO-related activities across sites.

The role requires 3–5 years in heavy industry HSE, fluent English, and strong knowledge of office tools. You will coordinate investigations, mentor staff, and participate in HSE committees to uphold Milaha’s safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an HSE professional in heavy industry.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Good knowledge of office and web applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation and effectiveness of technical procedures, manuals, and forms.
• Evaluate site work processes and performance against objectives.
• Coordinate ISO standards-related activity.
• Conduct investigations and document HSEQ incidents.
• Provide technical support to operational managers.
• Measure site HSEQ compliance and implementation levels.
• Supervise subordinate staff and monitor performance.
• Participate in HSE committees at business unit/sites.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
