Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, environmental, and worker welfare standards across all operations. You will partner with HR leadership, drive risk assessments, audits, and regulatory reporting to ensure strict MOL compliance while advancing rider welfare and safety initiatives.

The role requires independent leadership with a strong track record in multi-site operations, and a deep understanding of Qatar Labour Law and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Human Resources, Engineering, or related field.
• Mandatory NEBOSH IGC or Diploma.
• Preferred IOSH Managing Safely, OSHA, First Aid & Fire Safety Trainer, Road Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance across HSE and worker welfare; ensure Qatar MOL compliance.
• Oversee rider accommodations, audits, and regulatory filings.
• Drive safety improvements, CAPA, and risk mitigations across operations.
• Develop induction and training programs (defensive driving, heat stress, emergency response).
• Collaborate with HR leadership and government authorities to maintain compliance.
