Job summary

Swan Global on-site in Qatar seeks an experienced HSE Specialist to lead health, safety and environmental activities across the site. You will implement procedures, conduct trainings, inspections and incident investigations, ensuring strict QHSE compliance and reporting.

Role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred; long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory.
• Additional safety training certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work follows contract requirements and client specifications.
• Lead safety, security, and firefighting teams to maintain high-quality services.
• Conduct safety audits and report potential operational risks.
• Organize and conduct safety training sessions and maintain updated training records.
• Attend safety meetings and present required reports.
• Perform tasks assigned by the Operations or Project Manager.
