Job summary

PPL Dynamics is seeking a capable HR Services Help Desk professional to manage day-to-day HR services support and resolve technical issues at first contact. You will route more complex problems to support engineers and monitor all requests through to resolution.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of HR/helpdesk experience, with strong ITIL knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of HR support or helpdesk experience.
• Proven first-level IT helpdesk support experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR services help desk operations.
• Provide first level support to resolve reported issues or route to appropriate teams.
• Maintain and monitor request logs for follow-up and closure.
