Job summary

Autograph Collection in Doha is seeking a housekeeping professional to inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensuring quality standards. You will run room status checks, prioritize cleaning, and coordinate with related departments to maintain smooth daily operations.

You will assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff while maintaining safety and security policies and protecting company assets. This role is non-management and based on site at our Doha property.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry to manage daily activities.
• Prepare and communicate changes in room assignments; update room status.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.
• Follow safety policies and protect company assets.
