M GALLERY in Doha is seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to support the Housekeeping Manager in leading the team to deliver exceptional cleanliness, guest comfort, and service. You will supervise daily operations, ensure presentation standards, coordinate with Front Office and other departments, and manage scheduling, inventory, and cost efficiency to maintain top quality.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager in leading, coaching, mentoring and developing the team.
• Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry and other departments for seamless operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain quality standards.
• Assist with scheduling, inventory control, ordering of supplies and cost management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management of Heartists.
• Handle guest requests promptly to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Promote a safe working environment adhering to health, safety and hygiene procedures.
