Job summary

Andaz Doha, part of the Hyatt family, seeks a Housekeeping Manager to lead the department to Hyatt standards. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless while supervising laundry and back-of-house activities, and coach teams to deliver exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail and the ability to manage budgets, inventory and staff performance in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive housekeeping experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures and hygiene standards.
• Experience in managing large teams in hotel or hospitality environments.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and team development skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory, linen, uniforms and cleaning supplies.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt strategies and brand standards.
• Oversee cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house areas including laundry and dry-cleaning operations.
