Job summary

ShieldPro Protection is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for a reputable hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will oversee housekeeping staff to ensure a clean, organized environment for guests and coordinate with other departments on guest requests.

The role requires 3+ years in a supervisory hotel housekeeping role, strong English and Hindi communication, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of housekeeping department including scheduling, training and evaluating staff.
• Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards and are well-maintained.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and address issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to handle special guest requests.
• Develop and implement policies to improve departmental efficiency.
• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety regulations and training staff.
• Handle guest complaints regarding housekeeping in a timely manner.
