Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait is seeking a Housekeeping Manager for Al-Rayyan, Qatar. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, schedule and train staff, and maintain high cleanliness standards across the property.

The role requires a Bachelor's in hospitality management and 3+ years in housekeeping leadership, with strong English communication and leadership skills. Long hours may be required; Arabic knowledge is a plus. Location is Al-Rayyan, Qatar.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment used in hotels.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work long hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily housekeeping operations including scheduling, training, and supervision.
• Maintain high cleanliness and organization standards across the property.
• Develop and implement efficient housekeeping procedures.
• Manage inventory for cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections for quality control and improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Create staff work schedules based on occupancy levels.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly.
• Train new staff on procedures, safety, and service standards.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback with corrective actions as needed.
